Rant after the FR jump.(UPDATE: His friends actually went and picked it up.)
Since I’m still nervous and panicking like hell, I’ll keep it short and sweet.
My uncle (who by this stage, managed to piss off my family on my mother’s side) decided to make an unannounced visit to my family house (DESPITE US TELLING HIM TO GO THE FUCK AWAY.) For some strange reason, his drunk ass decided to park his truck on my drive and - after walking around my lot???? - sleep in the truck.
Tl;dr, police showed up and told him to find a ride home after making sure he walks away, and told me to do whatever I need to remove the GMC off my drive. How do I go about this? Also, I’m giving him until midnight to have one of his buddies pick it up before it ends up on the back of someone’s Freightliner.

Your approach is fine. Just contact a local tow company that’s willing to impound the vehicle for you.

Contact a local tow. They’ll know your local legal particulars. Usually, private drive owners can have blockers towed immediately. When you call, be clear you are not paying for any towing, impound, or other associated fees or costs.
